IT Service Center, operated by Freedom USA Technologies LLC, collects information you submit, including contact details, business name, requested service, message, and optional SMS consent. Basic security logs may also be recorded.
How we use information
We use it to respond to requests, schedule and provide services, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve operations. We do not treat service-request consent as consent to promotional messaging.
Service providers and retention
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, communications, and customer relationship management. We retain records as reasonably needed for service, security, legal, and business purposes.
